Not currently. Großartiger is a growing Berlin agency with Manuel Maliszewski as the only permanent team member, so project-based collaboration with freelance specialists comes first. As the client base grows, we will consider permanent hires too.

Provable project work counts for more than formal degrees.

No. Großartiger works remote-first, so the collaboration works from anywhere in the DACH region. Occasional on-site meetings in Berlin are possible when needed.
